GoodDeeds.AI leverages advanced and generative AI to help organizations design, fund, and execute high-impact social projects.
The Problem
Many nonprofits and social-impact teams struggle with three connected challenges:
- Designing high-quality projects with limited strategic capacity.
- Finding relevant funding opportunities fast enough.
- Measuring impact in a way donors and stakeholders trust.
Most teams are mission-driven, but tooling and decision support are fragmented.
What We Do
We’ve built a platform that aggregates data on 2M+ U.S. nonprofits, using AI to match organizations with funding opportunities, optimize project design, and measure impact at scale.
Product Approach
- AI-assisted project framing to improve clarity and execution quality.
- Funding-fit support using structured nonprofit and grant signals.
- Impact measurement workflows that make outcomes more actionable.
My Role
I led across product strategy, venture direction, and AI application design:
- Defining product scope and priorities.
- Shaping data-to-decision workflows for social-impact use-cases.
- Building partnerships and translating ecosystem needs into product bets.

What This Taught Me
- AI for social impact only works when it supports field reality, not just model quality.
- Trust and adoption matter as much as technical accuracy.
- The strongest impact products connect mission clarity, operational execution, and measurable outcomes.
